Hedron Polymer is commissioning a new investment! With a novel method that will numerically express the amount of impurities and contamination in recycled PE & PP products — accompanied by other parameters — expert certification will be provided for the quality of your recycled products.

Ash Content Test

Determination of ash content by high-temperature combustion method to identify the total amount of inorganic fillers and additives in polymer samples.

Moisture Content Determination

Precise measurement of moisture content in raw materials and granules. A critical parameter for production quality and processability.

Specific Gravity Test

Determination of polymer material density. A fundamental measurement in material identification and quality control processes.

Bulk Density Test

Bulk density measurement of polymer materials in granule and powder form. Critical data for storage, transportation and dosing processes.

MFI (Melt Flow Index)

The fundamental test measuring the flowability of polymer in molten state. A standard parameter for processability and material comparison.

Transmittance — Light Transmission

Measurement of optical clarity and light transmission ratio in film and sheet products. Quality criterion for packaging and transparent applications.

Contamination Content Test

Detection of foreign matter and contamination levels in recycled granules. A proprietary method developed by Hedron Polymer's R&D team.
